Forfeiture conditions updated to 3 specific cases only. Deposit guaranteed to be returned in full after 2 months. 没収条件を3つに限定。2ヶ月後に必ず全額返却することを明記。 ① 無断で活動を停止した場合 ② 48時間返信未達が2回以上の場合（1回目は警告のみ） ③ 事前連絡なしのレッスン無断欠席が2回以上の場合（1回目は₱100ペナルティのみ。災害等でFacebook Messengerにレッスン開始前に連絡した記録がある場合は免除） |

500 PHP security deposit reinstated. Collected at time of acceptance, returned after 2 months of active teaching with no violations. 500ペソの保証金制度を復活。採用時に預かり、2ヶ月間問題なく勤務後に返却。 |
| Continuation notification 継続確定の通知 |
New rule added: when a student confirms continuation, forward the original trial application email to eigoru.office@gmail.com. 新ルール追加：生徒様の継続確定時、トライアル申込みメールをeigoru.office@gmail.comに転送すること。 |
| Long-term absence threshold 長期休暇の基準 |
Changed from 2 weeks to 3 weeks or more before contract must be closed. 契約終了が必要な長期休暇の基準を2週間→3週間以上に変更。 |

Changed from SMS to Facebook Messenger. Format standardized with e/m/b keyword. 緊急連絡をSMSからFacebookメッセンジャーに変更。e/m/bキーワード形式を明文化。 |

Consolidated into one location (PART 6-5). Previously scattered across 3 separate pages. 3か所に分散していたペナルティ一覧をPART 6-5に統合。 |

Simplified: only save and forward chat history when a significant contractual matter arises (schedule change, cancellation, etc.). 重要な契約的事項（スケジュール変更・解約など）が発生した場合のみ転送に簡略化。 |
| LINE kids restriction LINEキッズ制限 |
Removed. LINE now supports sufficient screen sharing for all student types. 削除。LINEの画面共有機能が改善されたため、全生徒様に対応可能。 |
