Questions are drawn randomly from a large question bank and the wording changes every attempt. Memorizing answers from a friend will not help. The only reliable way to pass is to read and understand this manual thoroughly.

Why this test exists / このテストの目的

EIGORU operates with minimal supervision from Japan. Every teacher must be able to manage their students independently — without contacting the office for every question. A teacher who truly understands the manual causes fewer problems for students, and earns more as a result.

エイゴルは日本からの監督が最小限の状態で運営されています。すべての先生が事務局に問い合わせることなく自律的に生徒様を管理できる必要があります。マニュアルを本当に理解している先生は生徒様にとってのトラブルが少なく、結果として収入も上がります。

⚠️ Strictly prohibited / 厳禁

Asking EIGORU students to leave EIGORU and continue lessons with you privately, or to move to another school. This results in immediate dismissal, damage claims, and possible disclosure of information within the industry.

エイゴルの生徒様に対して、エイゴルを退会して個人レッスンに移行するよう勧誘すること、または他のスクールへ誘導することは即時解雇＆損害額の請求となります。また悪質な場合は情報を業界内に公開することがあります。詳細はPART 6を参照してください。

1. Introduction video (2 minutes) / 自己紹介ビデオ（2分間）

Record a video introducing yourself in English. Upload to your own Google Drive or YouTube and include the URL in your email. This video is used to assess your English level, communication style, and on-camera presence.

英語で自己紹介するビデオを録画してください。自分のGoogleドライブまたはYouTubeにアップロードし、URLをメールに記載してください。

Tips for a strong video / 良いビデオのポイント：

• Speak clearly and at a natural pace / 明瞭に、自然なペースで話す
• Show your workspace and/or clean & with a design background wall / 作業スペースを見せてください。または、清潔でデザイン性のある背景壁を見せてください。
• Explain your teaching experience and motivation / 指導経験と動機を説明する
• Smile — your personality matters / 笑顔を忘れずに。人柄が重要です

2. Resume / CV / 履歴書

Include your educational background, work history, and any relevant certifications (TESOL, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, etc.). Certificates are an advantage but not required.

学歴・職歴・関連資格（TESOL、IELTS、TOEIC、TOEFLなど）を記載してください。資格は有利ですが必須ではありません。

3. Three professional portrait photos / プロフィール写真3枚

Clear, well-lit photos showing your face. These will be used on your EIGORU teacher profile page.

顔がはっきりわかる、明るく撮れた写真。エイゴルの先生プロフィールページに使用します。

4. Application form / 応募フォーム

After your video is accepted (within 2–7 days), EIGORU will send you an application form. Fill it out completely. Key information includes:

ビデオ審査通過後（2〜7日以内）、エイゴルから応募フォームが届きます。以下の情報を含めて記入してください：

• Japanese language ability level / 日本語能力レベル
• English courses you can teach (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Callan, etc.) / 指導できる英語コース
• Preferred student types (age groups) / 希望する生徒様の年齢層

5. Security deposit: 500 PHP / 返却保証金：500ペソ

Upon acceptance, a one-time deposit of 500 PHP is required before your profile goes live. This deposit is guaranteed to be returned in full after 2 months, as long as the following conditions are not violated.

採用決定後、プロフィール公開前に500ペソの保証金をお預かりします。以下の条件に違反しない限り、2ヶ月後に必ず全額返却します。

The deposit is forfeited only if: / 没収となるのは以下の場合のみです：

1. You stop activity without notice — including leaving student emails or trial applications unanswered.
   無断で活動を停止した場合（生徒様へのメールやトライアル申込みを放置して連絡が取れなくなった場合を含む）
2. You fail to reply to a student or EIGORU email / trial application within 48 hours on 2 or more occasions. The first late reply results in a warning only.
   生徒様またはエイゴルからのメール・トライアル申込みへの返信が48時間以内にできなかったことが2回以上あった場合（1回目は警告のみ）
3. You fail to appear for a student's lesson without any prior notice on 2 or more occasions. The first occurrence results in a ₱100 Invoice penalty only. When you cannot attend a lesson, you must notify the student in advance by email, MS Teams, or LINE. However, in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as a natural disaster, power outage, or complete internet failure, this penalty can be avoided if there is a record of you having contacted EIGORU via Facebook Messenger before the lesson start time:

All other rule violations are handled separately and do not affect the deposit.

This policy exists because some new teachers have stopped responding to students without notice. We appreciate your understanding.
一部の新規先生が生徒様への返事をせずに無断で活動を停止するケースがあったためです。ご理解をお願いします。

Failing to send a STOP ORDER before an unavailable period — and then not responding to new trial applications — may result in profile removal and penalties.

STOP ORDERを送らずに対応不可期間に入り、トライアル申込みへの返信もしなかった場合、プロフィール削除とペナルティの対象になります。

📧 Check your email every day — including spam and junk folders.

この時点から、スパム・迷惑メールフォルダを含め、メールを毎日確認してください。これは義務です。
