🍃 For Teachers — How to Use EIGORU Original Practice Materials

📘 About This Material
This is an original English practice textbook created by EIGORU. In Japan, interest in the Eiken (Practical English Proficiency Test) has been growing among families with young children. Until now, EIGORU did not provide Eiken-specific materials. We have now created our first original practice textbook designed for beginners at the Eiken Grade 5 level.
Please note: This material is NOT an official publication of the Eiken Foundation of Japan. It is an original, unofficial practice resource created by EIGORU, based on the scope and format of the Eiken Grade 5 examination.
👦 Target Students
This textbook is designed for young beginners, primarily children from pre-school age to early elementary school (approximately ages 4–10). It is suitable for students with little or no prior English experience.
📋 Textbook Contents (10 Units)
Each unit includes: pattern sentences with Japanese translation, a mini grammar note, dialogue practice (teacher & student), substitution drills, and a teacher's lesson guide (in English).

✅ How to Use
- Option A: Share the page URL with your student so they can download the PDF themselves and follow along during the lesson.
- Option B: Send the relevant unit PDF to your student by email before each lesson.
We recommend starting from Unit 1 and progressing in order, but feel free to choose units based on the student's level and needs.
📝 About the Mock Test
The Mock Test (Version A) consists of three parts: Reading (8 questions), Listening (8 questions), and Speaking (6 questions). A teacher's reading script and answer key are included.
We recommend using the mock test after completing all 10 units, but you may also use it at any point during the course as a progress check. The results are not related to the official Eiken examination pass/fail criteria.
