特典を請求するには、以下の手順に従ってください。

すでに特典を受け取っていないか確認する
特典は、紹介した生徒様1人につき1回のみです。
すでに同じ生徒様の紹介で特典を受け取ったことがある場合は、このメールを無視してください（※システム上、2回目以降の請求メールが届く場合もあります）。

事前登録した送金先情報に変更がないかを確認する
以前に登録した「エイゴル紹介パートナー登録フォーム」の自動返信メールを見て、送金先に間違いがないかを確認してください。

変更がある場合はエイゴル事務局まで件名を「紹介料送金先変更」として以下のアドレスにお知らせください。

このメールをエイゴル事務局に転送する

メールのタイトルに「紹介特典の請求」と必ず記入してください。
エイゴル側の対応と特典支給の条件

エイゴルでは、上記③のメールを受け取った後、以下の条件を満たしているか確認し、満たしていれば指定の送金先に特典を振り込みます。

条件
  • ① 生徒様が過去1年以内にエイゴルを受講していないこと（完全な新規生徒様であること）
  • ② 特典は生徒様1人につき1回限りであり、過去にこの特典が支払われていないこと
  • ③ 特典目当ての偽の紹介ではなかったこと

※「他の紹介者にすでに支払われていないか」「今回が最初の支払い請求か」「紹介が不正目的でないか」などを確認します。

・上記の手順を必ず守ってください。
・すでに特典を受け取った生徒様について、再度請求しても支払われません。
・不正または偽の紹介は特典対象外とします。

To claim your bonus, please follow the steps below.

Check that you have not already received the bonus for this student
The bonus is paid only once per referred student.
If you have already received a bonus for this same student, please ignore this email (note: due to system reasons, you may receive a second request email in some cases).

Confirm that your pre-registered payment information is still correct
Please check the auto-reply email you received when you registered in the "EIGORU Referral Partner Registration Form" and confirm that your payment details are still correct.

If you need to make any changes, please contact the EIGORU office with the subject line: "Change of Referral Payment Details"

How EIGORU handles your request and bonus eligibility

After receiving your forwarded email, EIGORU will check whether the following conditions are met. If they are, we will transfer the bonus to the payment information you registered.

Eligibility conditions
  • ✅ The student has not taken any EIGORU lessons in the past year (must be a completely new student).
  • ✅ The bonus is limited to one payment per student, and the bonus for this student must not have been paid before.
  • ✅ The referral must not be a fake referral made solely for the purpose of obtaining the bonus.

We will verify: whether the bonus has already been paid to another referrer, whether this is the first payment claim for this student, and whether the referral appears genuine or fraudulent.

· Please follow all the steps above.
· You will not receive a bonus for a student for whom you have already claimed and received a bonus, even if you request again.
· Fraudulent or fake referrals will not be eligible for any bonus.
