Skype終了に伴う「無料 Microsoft Teams」への移行のご案内（日本語）
📅 Skypeサービス終了日：2024年5月5日（予定）Skypeの終了に伴い、エイゴルでは今後すべてのオンライン英会話レッスンを「無料版 Microsoft Teams」 へ移行いたします。
💡 移行はとても簡単！
Skypeと同じID（メールアドレス）でTeamsにログインするだけです。会話履歴・連絡先もそのまま引き継がれます。スムーズに新しい環境でレッスンを続けられます！
✅ 移行の手順（PC・スマホどちらでもOK）
Step 1｜事前準備
現在使用中のSkypeでログインし、先生の連絡先が表示されているか確認
※必要に応じてSkypeを最新版にアップデート
※新しいPCで利用する場合は、一度Skypeをインストールしてください
Step 2｜移行手順の実行
使用端末に合った手順を以下から選んで実施してください👇
✔ チャット履歴や連絡先は、自動的にTeamsへ引き継がれます！
※上記URLの中にある「使用方法を学習する」タブにはTeamsの使い方が紹介されていますので、移行後お時間がある時にご覧ください。
🔍 移行完了後の確認（4月中にお願いします）
生徒は先生に、先生は生徒に、
- 「Teams セットアップ完了＝Teams setup complete」
相手からも以下の返信を受け取りましょう：
- 「確認しました＝I have confirmed」
✅ それ以降のレッスンは、Teamsで行ってください。
✉️ 自動連携を使わない場合
自動連携を使用しない場合や旧SkypeログインIDを使用したくない場合は、講師と生徒が互いのTeams登録メールアドレスを確認・交換し合ってください。

🌍【IMPORTANT NOTICE】
Moving from Skype to “Free Microsoft Teams” (English Version)
📅 Skype will officially shut down on May 5, 2024 (Scheduled)
In response to Skype’s termination, Eigoru will migrate all online English lessons to
“Microsoft Teams Free”.
💡 It’s super easy to switch!
Just log in with the same ID (email address), and your chat history and contacts will be carried over automatically. You can continue your lessons seamlessly in the new environment!
✅ Migration Steps (Available on PC or Smartphone)
Step 1｜Preparation
Log in to Skype and check if your teacher’s contact is still listed
Update Skype to the latest version, if needed
If using a new PC, please install the latest Skype once
Step 2｜Start Migration
Click on the button that matches your language below 👇
✔ All contacts and chat history will be automatically transferred to Teams.
※Please take a look at the 'Learn how to use' tab in the URL above when you have time after the transition, as it introduces how to use Teams
🔍 Confirming Migration Completion (By the end of April)
Students should contact the teacher, and the teacher should contact the students via Teams chat and email as follows::
→ "Teams setup complete"
Then, confirm the message with a reply through
Teams chat + Email:
→ "I have confirmed"
✅ After this exchange, please conduct all lessons via Teams.
✉️ If You Do Not Use the Auto Migration
If you prefer not to use the automatic migration or Skype ID, please contact each other directly via email and exchange your Microsoft Teams registration email addresses.
