保護者が翻訳ツールを使用している場合の配慮事項です。
The following are points to keep in mind when a parent is using a translation tool.
Please speak one at a time.
翻訳アプリは同時に複数の人が話すと正しく認識できません。相手が話し終わってから、少し間を置いて話すようにしてください。
Translation apps cannot recognize speech correctly when multiple people talk at once. Please wait for the other person to finish before speaking.
Please wait until the translation audio finishes before speaking.
翻訳結果が音声で読み上げられている間は、次の言葉をお待ちください。
When the translation is being read aloud, please pause and wait until it finishes before continuing.
Please speak slowly and in short sentences.
長い文章は翻訳の精度が下がることがあります。一文を短くして内容を区切りながら話してください。
Long sentences can reduce translation accuracy. Break your speech into short, clear sentences to help the parent understand.
Please also type important information in the chat.
TeamsのチャットにKeywordsや日程などを入力してもらえると、保護者が翻訳して確認できるので安心です。
Typing key words and schedules in the Teams chat allows parents to translate and confirm the information more easily.
Please be patient if the parent is quiet.
翻訳ツールを使って内容を確認している場合、少し時間がかかることがあります。沈黙は「理解しようとしている」サインです。
When a parent is using a translation tool, it may take a moment to respond. Silence usually means they are trying to understand — please wait warmly.
Please keep emails short and simple.
保護者へのメールは短い文で、一つのメールに一つのトピックにしてもらえると翻訳しやすくなります。
Short emails with one topic at a time are much easier for parents to translate. Simple English words are always appreciated.
