Good day! My name is Ava Mae Llego and I’m from the city of General Santos, Philippines. I’ve been teaching English online as a second language to Japanese, Korean and Chinese students and was pleasantly surprise that teaching can be very rewarding though challenging at times.

What I like most about teaching is not just the privilege of sharing what I’ve learned but learning from the students; their opinions, their perspectives and of course their culture.

As a teacher, I would love to help you out in improving your English language proficiency. I know learning a language is an uphill climb, a bit difficult, but all it takes is one step at a time and tons of positivity. I will gladly assist you with the grammar rules, pronunciation, vocabulary, business English, English for beginners, reading, writing, speaking and listening; and I definitely enjoy fun and informative conversations.

Together, as a teacher and you as the student, we will identify your learning preference, use lessons and materials that would best suit your need as a learner for our classes to be effective.

Determination is a must in learning but it doesn’t mean that it won’t be fun at all; I’ll make sure you’ll have great time learning with me. Remember always come to class with loads of enthusiasm and surely you’d be on your way of becoming a better English communicator. I’m really excited to be of service to you and hope to see you soon.
