Easy course for Continued Lesson! 

(1) Continuing Lessons (After a Successful Trial Lesson)

If you received a trial lesson already, then you can decide your favorite teacher and start to continue the lesson at any day and time you’ve agreed with your selected teacher.
You, student, must mail the teacher if you want to continue lesson with and discuss about the lesson schedule, day and time (there’s no need to contact our office staff).

(2) Reply by E-mail (Attach a Lesson Sheet)

Your teacher will send you a Lesson Sheet regarding the contract and lesson information every after each lesson. You must sign OK on the successful lesson dates and minutes in the Lesson Sheet and send it back to the teacher through email including Cc: eigoru.cc.noreply@gmail.com.
NOTE: You can agree with the teacher if you want to send the lesson sheet at the end date of the lesson contract.

❋ You can add/edit or correct mistakes / violation penalty / and other matters about your lesson sheet details and you can also request and inform your teacher to correct other mistakes.

(3) Payment for Each Contract Period

Please pay only for the total lesson minutes you’ve taken. When one contract is completed (about 4 weeks from the date of the first continued lesson), then your teacher will send you the Step3-Request Email about EIGORU Billing.

When you received this email from the teacher, then please start processing it and transfer the payment within 7 days from the date you received the Step3-Request Mail.
❋ Please acknowledge that the student bears the transfer fee.

Advance Preparation and Confirmation

1. Mail Forms List available in EIGORU-en

EIGORU-en provides Mail Forms that include “Easy Mail Form” for Beginners who don’t like to write message in English to their teachers.

This is Free Trial Lesson Application Form (Mandatory)

⇒ EIGORU-en Step3-Form
This is the form upon payment of the lesson fee (Required)

⇒ EIGORU-en Easy-Mail Form
This is a form with preset messages/phrases that you want to say to your teachers without composing English messages by yourself. (Optional)

⇒ EIGORU-en Tutor Improve Request Form (anonymity)
Through this form, you can inform your teacher about the bad points you want to improve anonymously.  You can also inform the teachers about their good points without breaking the good relationship with them. (Optional)

⇒ EIGORU-en Teacher Evaluation Form
You may inform us your evaluation for each teacher you have. (Optional)

2. EIGORU-en keeps ALL Email-Copies (Mail History) through using CC: eigoru.cc.noreply@gmail.com

Please always send emails to our EIGORU Teachers with Cc: eigoru.cc.noreply@gmail.com including the scheduling of each trial lesson.



❋ If you send an email to the teacher using the ⇒ EIGORU-en Easy-Mail Form, this is automatically sent/copied to EIGORU office.

❋ Please be careful not to send inquiry to email address shown above. It is only dedicated for broadcasting/sending a copy of email exchange with our teachers.

Note: Here in EIGORU-en, we manage the students and teachers through having copies of Email History, as for the teacher and student’s email address, it is mandatory to have one email address only.

(1) Continuing Lessons

If you received a trial lesson already, then you can decide your favorite teacher and start to continue the lesson at any day and time you’ve agreed with your selected teacher.
You, student, must talk or mail the teacher you want to continue lesson with and discuss about the lesson schedule, day and time (there’s no need to contact our office staff).

❋ If you hope to be absent in your class, then please contact us and your teacher as soon as possible (absences without notifications in advance will be charged as taken lesson.).

(2) Receive Email with  the Lesson Sheet Attachment

You, student, will receive an email from your teacher with the Lesson Sheet attachment every after each lesson. This Lesson Sheet is an excel file that has information such as the lesson date, minutes, number of lessons, etc. You can also see the current lesson fees in your lesson sheet.

(3) Reply by Email (Attach the Lesson Sheet)

You must send reply to confirm your teacher’s email.
❋ You can make an agreement with your teacher regarding the sending of the Lesson Sheet. You can reduce the burden of sending lesson sheet every after lesson. However, it is recommended to ask your teacher to send the lesson sheet every after each lesson in your first contract so that you can build friendly relationship and you can trust the teacher with this simple task.

Normal pattern: When there is no mistake in the Lesson Sheet…

When you receive the Lesson Sheet from your teacher, then please fill in “OK” from the “sign OK column” then reply the teacher’s email, attaching the Lesson Sheet with your signed OK.

For students who cannot edit the Lesson Sheet in an excel file, then please request the teacher for the PHOTO Lesson Sheet. You can use also use ⇒ EIGORU-en Easy-Mail Form to simply request your teacher about it.

About switching PHOTO Type Lesson Sheet, please read more information on FAQs page or click this ⇒ 3.10 Q: Can you make a Lesson Sheet in a PHOTO file format? Because I can’t attach Excel type of Lesson Sheet to Step3-Form or EIGORU Billing Form.


Exception pattern: When you find a mistake or any other wrong details from the received Lesson Sheet…

When you found some mistakes on the received Lesson Sheet (photo or excel), then please immediately mail your teacher and specify the mistakes and ask for immediate correction.

For students who cannot edit the Lesson Sheet in an excel file, then please request the teacher for the PHOTO Lesson Sheet. You can use also use ⇒ EIGORU-en Easy-Mail Form to simply request your teacher about it.

❋ If you are using a PHOTO Type Lesson Sheet, of course, it’s a little difficult to put a sign OK or YES and/or modify the Lesson Sheet. By then, please send email or use ⇒ EIGORU-en Easy-Mail Form where you will request your teacher to sign or modify it with your permission.

How to sign OK in the Lesson Sheet?

Student must confirm done classes (taken lesson dates and minutes) through the sign OK.
Student should send the lesson sheet with signed OK via normal email only

It’s really easy to sign OK, here’s how to do it.

1. Open the Lesson Sheet.
2. See if all lesson dates and minutes are all correct.
3. Double click the cell with OK /NO.
4. Highlight the “ /NO” and Cut/Delete it 😉
5. Then Save it.
6. Attach the Lesson Sheet with the signed OK to a normal email and send to your teacher.

How to sign YES on the Lesson Sheet?

Sign YES should be done at the end date of the lesson contract to close it and send payment for the total consumed lesson fee.

Here’s how to sign YES.
1. Open the Lesson Sheet.
2. See if all lesson dates and minutes are all correct.
3. Double click the cell with OK /NO and YES /NO.
4. Highlight the ” /NO” and Cut/Delete it 😉
5. Then Save it.
6. Attach the Lesson Sheet with completed sign OK and YES to Step3-form.

NOTE: You can decide whether to have a new contract with the same teacher or stop at once and find another teacher.

When there are Errors or Omissions in the Lesson Sheet

Inform your teachers about their mistakes such as missing or excess dates and minutes as well as missing violation and penalty for their tardiness or absences, etc., and point out the total computation of your lesson sheet you believe that is correct.

(5) STEP3-Request Mail (EIGORU-en Billing email) 

When a lesson contract is completed (about 4 weeks from the date of the first continued lesson), then your  teacher will send you Step3-Request Mail about “EIGORU-en Billing.”
Save a copy of your recent Lesson Sheet in your PC or Smartphone. If there’s no mistake in the lesson sheet content, then please fill in the columns for sign OK and YES, attach it in your email and send it to your teacher.

IMPORTANT NOTES 1
❋ Please do not change the file name of the Lesson Sheet attached in Step3-Request Mail (EIGORU-en Billing) sent by your teacher.

❋ Student can see the total lesson fee inside the lesson sheet.
❋ Please start processing and transfer the payment using Step3-form within 7 days from the date you received Step3-Request Mail.
❋ I am sorry but sending payment is each transfer for each teacher. Combining payments for different teachers is not accepted (especially when there’s a mistake on sending your payment to one teacher, with that, we cannot refund as a general rule).

(6) Payment Method

● Your teacher will send you “Step3-Request Mail”after having 4-week lesson contract, please transfer the lesson price that is displayed on the lesson sheet through “⇒ EIGORU-en English Step3-form” and attach the completed lesson sheet.

❋You can transfer payment through PayPal after clicking the submit button in the ⇒ EIGORU-en English Step3-form.


IMPORTANT NOTES 2

❋ Please do not give any kind of tip to any teacher. Sending it together with the lesson sheet payment amount is not allowed for overseas remittance.

❋ If you failed to process the payment after 7 days from the date of sent Step3-Request from the teacher, then you will be receiving reminder emails.The reminder emails will be sent to you even if you already have paid because you forgot to fill-up/send the EIGORU-en Step3-form to your teacher. Please be well informed about this.

❋ Direct transaction between student and teacher is strictly prohibited. If the student failed on this, then we will terminate the teacher from our school as well as stop all the student’s lesson contracts and seize the teacher’s salary. Please be well informed about this.

❋ Please do not forget that there will be a charge of $3 for the labor cost for students who will fail to send the Step3-form and payment after 7-8 days from the date of sent Step3-Request Mail and Reminder Emails from the teacher.
